Instructions:

Search with either a Gene name or a Genbank ID. Then select the desired gene and the sequence.

You can also directly insert your own sequence into the 'enter sequence here' text area.

The default setting for the siRNA design is displayed. You can change it if needed.

Click on View Result

If BLAST option is selected as "Yes", the results will be filtered to remove siRNA with homology to other genes.

The numbers in siRNAs correspond to the nucleotide positions of the gene sequence.

Select a vector for cloning by selecting a Supplier first and then a vector.

The custom option lets researchers to enter their own loop and terminate sequences.
