The Protein Hydroplotter allows one to distinguish the hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions of any protein sequence displayed in Hopps-Woods, Kyte-Doolittle and Kolaskar-tangaonkar antigenicity plots. The plots are interactive, so one can highlight a region on the graph and view the corresponding region on the sequence or vice versa. This is an ideal tool for finding drugs and antigenic targets of a protein.
